Accommodation
The apartment is located in the beautiful condominium Puerta Alameda on the 7th floor, in tower 3 north which is the newest of the condominium, it is interior so there is no noise, an ideal place to work and rest, a beautiful decoration with king size bed and a sofa bed. Our goal will always be to guarantee you a safe, comfortable and pleasant stay.

Guest access
You can access the amenities of the condominium, the gym without reservation, the other amenities with reservation. The parking that belongs to the apartment is on the 8th floor which is marked yellow on a wall on the roof, only fits compact car or 5 passenger van maximum, you can not obstruct any side or back parking space that belongs to other condominiums because it may involve a fine of up to $ 5,000 to be paid to the administration of the condominium.

Es importante cuando realices la reserva lo hagas con el número exacto de huéspedes que ingresarán y envíes foto de identificaciónes de cada huésped, también por favor verifica en la entrega del departamento que la limpieza y funcionamiento esté al 💯 de tu satisfacción pues el servicio que nos ofrece la empresa que nos asiste tiene garantía y no podemos entregar el departamento sino se encuentra perfectamente limpio y funcionando todo de manera óptima . El check out es 11 am , si necesitas salir antes de ese horario o aún no llegara nuestro personal de limpieza para recibir el departamento por favor deja llaves y tarjetas de acceso en la barra de la cocina , no te las lleves pues cada tarjeta tiene un costo de $1000 mil pesos que de llevártelas tendrías que pagar con un envío de dinero por la plataforma así como el monto de los honorarios del cerrajero . Para salir de ser así puedes hacerlo por el estacionamiento si o fuera posible entregarás tarjetas y llaves a nuestro personal y él te acompañará a salir del condominio por el lobby principal .
